Who we are

The Toned Out Project is owned and operated by two clinicians passionate about wellness and working with the First Responder community. Dr. Emily Genever, LCPC, and Dr. Wally Fraser, LCPC, both own their own private practice focused on supporting first responders and they co-own another business focused on providing training and support to first responders. With this, they have been inspired to dive deeper into assisting First Responders through fundraising efforts, offering scholarships for wellness services such as peer support training, counseling sessions, and treatment travel needs.
